WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:Gaslighting is a word we hear everywhere, but few people truly understand its emotional impact, or its antidote. At its core, gaslighting is about control: manipulating another person’s reality to protect one’s own fear or insecurity. Greenlighting, on the other hand, is about trust: allowing others to be fully themselves, even when their truth differs from ours.
This workshop explores how Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace can help us recognize gaslighting in our relationships, workplaces, and culture, and how to replace manipulation with authenticity and connection. Through a lively roleplay exercise, participants will feel the difference between control and confidence, leaving with practical tools to cultivate curiosity, self-trust, and healthy communication.
